Sandy Biggs, Administrative Business Assistant
Sandy has been at Three Oaks Fellowship UMC since September 2004. She is responsible for office administration and holds a BBA from Roanoke College. Sandy and her husband Robert have two children. In her spare time, Sandy loves to attend her children’s sporting events and she enjoys reading.

Katie Scott, Youth Director
Katie was born and raised in Roanoke, VA and went to Longwood University where she received a BS in education K-6. Katie teaches 6th grade at Glenvar Middle School in Salem. She is the assistant band director at Glenvar High School and is the leader of the Glenvar Middle and High School Leo Club which is connected with the Lion's Club. The student members of the Leo Club participate in fundraising activities and charity events for the school and community.
